Weed: What if We Legalise It?

A while back, the social media space in Nigeria was jolted by the release of 2 “monster” tracks from Nollywood actress and bad mouth, Tonto Dikeh. The drops were so unnerving and received unpopular acclaim that they got up to 3 million downloads (according to gist).
